Technology, innovation and know-how at the service of stainless steel
At Efinox, innovation isn’t just a buzzword: it’s a concrete direction that guides every business decision. For over 50 years, we’ve invested in research and development to ensure increasingly efficient, safe, and cutting-edge production processes, placing technology at the heart of stainless steel processing.
Our experience in the sector, combined with a constant focus on evolving market needs, leads us to develop customized solutions, highly automated machinery, and innovative devices to optimize every phase of production and logistics.
New leveling and trimming plant
Among the most recent innovations introduced in our plant, the new flattening and trimming system stands out, designed to guarantee excellent quality of the finished sheet metal.
Thanks to this cutting-edge machinery, we are able to:
- Improve material flatness
- Eliminate surface imperfections.
- Increase cutting accuracy along edges.
This investment not only allows for an increase in quality, but also a significant improvement in production efficiency and internal management of work flows.
Innovation comes from research
Automated package gripper
The automatic package clamp is an advanced solution designed by Efinox and developed in collaboration with Slingofer Srl, based on our technical know-how.
This solution allows the simultaneous movement of 6/7 pallets of sheet metal (up to 9 tons in total) with variable widths (1000, 1250, 1500 mm), allowing direct transfer from the warehouse to the truck, reducing operating times without compromising safety.
A key detail is the system of feet that rest on the pallet crosspieces. An integrated sensor ensures safe contact, preventing damage to the pallets and ensuring quick and efficient handling.
Main features:
- Integrated remote control: manual handling is possible, reducing operator risk.
- Safety sensors: the feet rest on the pallet crosspieces and detect their presence, preventing accidental breakage.
- Optimized storage: allows access to even the deepest stacked packages.
- Logistics efficiency: dramatically reduces loading and handling times.
This innovation represents a concrete example of how Efinox aims to integrate automation and safety to improve overall performance.
